Franck Kessie could be Inter’s hit in the next summer market. The Ivorian midfielder could not find his place in FC Barcelona.
Xavi publicly described him as an important player in his team after helping them beat Sevilla in La Liga last week, but it is clear that his role at the present time does not satisfy the midfielder or his representatives.
For this reason, always according to information coming from the Italian newspapers, returning to Italy will be the solution he is considering, also because the player himself is convinced that the best context for him is precisely the Italian first division.
Inter Milan already tried to sign him on loan with an option to buy in the winter transfer window, and Barcelona offered to add Brozovic to the deal, but it didn’t work out in the end.
However, things have now changed and regardless of the Croatian’s status, Kessie could return to Milan, this time, alongside the Nerazzurri.
And according to the Italian newspaper La Gazzetta, the player reached out to his old friend and current Inter Milan player, Hakan Calhanoglu, to inquire about the atmosphere at the Italian club with a view to a possible transfer once the season ends.
